Cinderella, a spring concert

This past week was the culmination of the end of three of the kids' sports/activities.  We had freezing rain with Zach and Chloe for their soccer tournament games, and this weekend was all sunshine and pixie dust for Sophie and the ballet concert!

This is her ninth year of dance and it is always such a pleasure to go and see her dance.  I actually never get tired of it.  She has improved steadily over the years and she has been on pointe shoes for two years now!

It is so wonderful to watch all the girls dance, knowing all the hard work and time that goes into preparing for a performance.  They spend hours practicing and rehearsing and it has never once disappointed!

This years performance was Cinderella and it was beautiful!  The young ladies danced with precision and confidence!  Thursday night is when we, the parents, are allowed to go and take pictures of the performance.

So without further ado, here are some pictures of the ballet, Cinderella:

If the shoe would only fit...

So went another year of ballet carpooling, rehearsals, practices, pointe shoe purchases, and leotards and tights getting ordered!

I am slightly prejudiced, but I think my girl was quite lovely this year.  She wears her pointe shoes well!

Thanks for stopping in and reading!
Have a wonderful week,
Tammy
